1 Skechers Store Loyalty Program

Each time you shop in a Skechers store in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, and via the Skechers Loyalty Card Online store, presenting your Skechers Loyalty Card at the point of purchase will earn you 5% of your purchase value back on your card as money back points. Let your points build up or spend them straight away, either way you can redeem your Skechers Loyalty Card points at any time within 12 months. Points balance can be checked in store, or when logged in to the Skechers Loyalty website - https://s4uloyalty.com/loyalty/balance. Register your card details in store, or change your preferences in your profile page to be the first to hear about our in-store promotions, new products, and special events.

 

2 In-store Online Ordering

Don’t leave empty handed! Online Ordering is now available in Skechers Ireland stores. When you can’t find your size, or your local store isn’t stocking your favourite colour or style, you can now shop in-store using the tablet and your new shoes will be delivered to your door free of charge. Ask the Skechers team for more information next time you visit.

3 Click and Collect

Don’t miss out! Click and Collect is now available for Skechers Loyalty Card Members. Stay updated on our latest styles, and guarantee you’ll be wearing them, with Skechers Ireland’s new Click and Collect service. Become a Loyalty Card Member in store to start shopping.

4 Help with Account

I have forgotten my login and password. Skechers Loyalty Card Members are able to reset their password on the login page. For help with your Loyalty Card number and Web account username please ask the Skechers team in store, or contact customer service.

How do I create an account? To create your Skechers Loyalty Account head into your local Skechers Ireland store to collect a Loyalty Card and activate it on the tablet in store. During the activation you can also set the password for your web account. Once this process is complete you can start shopping!

How do I edit my personal details? You can edit your details online via the profile page at the top of the homepage, or in-store using the Skechers Loyalty tablets.

How do I view my money back credits balance? You can find this balance using the Loyalty Points button at the top of the homepage, or when presenting your loyalty card to staff in Skechers Ireland stores.

Do I have to create an account in order to purchase something from your online store? The online store is a VIP service for Skechers Loyalty members. To become a member simply head into your local Skechers Ireland Store and activate an account using the Loyalty Tablet.

5 Help with Payment

I have a store credit note / gift voucher. Can Currently, you can use store credit notes and gift vouchers only in store. These can't be used online.

What forms of payment are accepted online? Our online store accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express (AMEX) and Paypal.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? Orders are packaged and dispatched soon after you place the order to get them on their way as quickly as possible, therefore orders cannot be changed or cancelled after you click ‘complete payment’. For assistance with your order please contact the customer service team.

6 Help with Products

I saw an item on the Skechers USA page, how can I find it here in Ireland? Our Skechers stock is always changing and updating, though sometimes we won’t have the same stock available as our Skechers international counterparts just yet. We recommend contacting your nearest Skechers retail store to ask our amazing team if they are currently stocking the item you’re looking for.

Do Skechers Ireland stock half sizes? We do in selected styles! We recommend browsing our online store or popping into your nearest Skechers retail store to view our full range and chat to our team to find your perfect fit.

How do I know what size I am? We do our best to guide you in making the right size choice with our size chart. If you already own a pair of Skechers shoes, the best thing to do is to use the same sizing.

How do I keep my Skechers clean? Performance Shoes: Most Skechers GOwalk and GOrun shoes with non-leather uppers can be cleaned by using a shoe conditioner or mild soap. Just clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. We do not recommend fully submerging your item in water. Air dry away from harsh conditions or direct sunlight for up to 12 hours to ensure your item is fully dry, do not place shoes in dryer. We do not recommend machine washing the Skechers Performance shoes. Nylon/Mesh Shoes: Most non-leather casual shoes can be cleaned by using a shoe conditioner or mild soap. Just clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. We do not recommend fully submerging your item in water. Air dry away from harsh conditions or direct sunlight for up to 12 hours to ensure your item is fully dry, do not place shoes in dryer. Do not machine wash light-up shoes. Apply a fabric 'rain and stain' protectant to protect the shoes from water. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, we recommend removing the insole from your pair (yep that’s right, they’re removable) at least once every couple of months to allow this amazing technology to “puff” back to its original shape. This will allow your insole to breath and assist with the longevity. If you opt to clean your insoles, please be sure to let them air dry away from harsh conditions or direct sunlight for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry before placing them back in your pair. Leather Shoes: Apply a leather 'rain and stain' protectant before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes. Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Apply a suede and nubuck-specific 'rain and stain' protectant before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. Do not machine wash suede or nubuck shoes. Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
